Kinchafoonee Creek - near Albany, GA

Kinchafoonee Creek is a hidden gem that somehow, GWS has missed out on, until now.  Thanks to Terry Ross, this beautiful waterway is now on our radar.  The section we paddled was only 7 miles long, but had both sandbars and limestone cliffs, dripping with not only waterfalls, but also ferns and moss.  There was even a cave to explore!
